Grownet

A private club platform for meaningful professional networking inside Telegram.
Not everyone should get access.
Every connection should feel intentional.

Planning sprint — physical kanban, week 2
The Challenge
Open professional networks are noisy. The value of a connection comes from who can't join — not just who can.
They knew exactly who belonged in the room. Our job was to build something that kept that standard without ever feeling like a wall. The invite chain had to work as a trusted handshake — not a clipboard at the door. And the brand needed to match: something worth protecting, worth showing off.
Brand & Identity

A mascot with a sharp personality.
The identity started with one question: what does an exclusive network look like when it has a sense of humour? The answer was a geometric pixel gargoyle — irreverent, memorable, instantly recognisable at any size. Paired with a custom type construction for "grnt", the brand reads sharp whether it's a 16px favicon or a billboard.
What We Built
Invite-only onboarding
Sponsor chains with verified member status. Access is earned — and the chain creates natural accountability. Members vouch for who they bring in.
Smart matching
Algorithm based on professional goals, industry, and mutual connections. Not keyword matching — genuine compatibility scored across multiple dimensions.
Private event layer
A curated feed of member-only events with RSVP and Telegram-native push reminders. Visible only after verification.
Native Telegram messaging
All conversations stay inside Telegram. No new app, no new inbox — the platform lives where the conversations already happen.
Moderation dashboard
Admin tools for membership decisions, sponsor-chain auditing, and community health metrics. Quality stays high without a full-time moderator.

Result
"One introduction through Grownet is worth more than fifty LinkedIn requests."
A platform where every connection feels intentional. The invite-chain model raised the quality floor without manual moderation overhead — members self-select for the culture they're protecting.
