Scenario
Event
sign-ups.
For venues, organisers and anyone with a regular programme. Guests sign up in one click, and you see how many signed up.
How it goes now
Events sinking in your channel feed, sign-ups stuck in the comments?
Your post is only seen in the first few days. To sign up, people have to DM you or comment, and there’s no list of who’s coming in advance.
The app
Available components
A calendar
Every event in one feed, with search and a filter by venue.
One-click sign-up
Guests tap “Going” and they’re in. No forms, no registration.
Seat limits
When the seats run out, sign-up closes by itself.
Online and offline
A meeting link for online events, a guest list for offline ones.
Reminders
A message before the event so guests don’t forget to come.
Analytics
Real-time stats: how many signed up, where they came from and which events are popular.
Waitlist
When the event is full, guests join the queue and get a seat if someone cancels.
Recurring events
Set up a weekly meetup once, and it appears in the calendar every week.
Guest list export
Download the guest list as a spreadsheet in one tap.
Example
DemoRoastery café
The café runs cuppings and talks every week. Announcements used to go to the channel, and sign-ups were collected in the comments.
Now the channel description links to the app. Guests see what’s on and sign up in one click, and before each event the barista opens the guest list.
The scenario was built for a client; here it’s shown on a demo brand.

Questions
Q.01Can I charge for tickets?
Yes. Payments are built into the Studio: guests pay for the ticket when they sign up.
Q.02What if a guest can’t come?
They cancel in one click, and the seat opens up for someone else. A reminder goes out before the event.
Q.03Does it work for online events?
Yes. Everyone who signed up gets the meeting link. No manual mailing needed.
