Your visitors and data stay yours.
The Studio stores your visitors’ contacts, sign-ups, orders and materials, but they belong to you. On request we export them to a file at any time and delete them on our side. Each app’s data is stored separately, so it can be deleted quickly and completely.

Q.01How long does a launch take?
One day. You can build the app yourself and launch it the same day. A turnkey build depends on complexity and takes up to 3 working days on average.
Q.02Do I need to know what Telegram Mini Apps are?
No. You get a link to the app and share it in your channel, profile or stories. We provide all the instructions you need.
Q.03Can I move over what I already have?
Yes. Your events, catalogue or member list can be uploaded to the Studio, and with a turnkey build we do it for you.
Q.04What if a feature I need is missing?
Tell us about it, and we’ll estimate and build it for a separate fee. The Growth plan includes adding features to the development backlog.
Q.05Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time. When you have more apps or visitors, you can easily move up a plan.
Q.06What happens if I stop paying?
Your apps are switched off and the data is deleted automatically. You can export it within two weeks of the switch-off.
